Class Fees

Each class is a minimum of two hours and fees are based on the number of people attending the class. The more people who attend (up to four), the lower the class fee per person. A class for one person is $75.00, the second person pays $60.00 for the two-hour class. That’s a total of $135.00, bringing the class fee down to $67.50 per person. Add a third person for just $45.00, and a fourth pays $44.00. A class of four participants is $224.00, just $56.00 per person.

Payments

For a one-person class, payment of $75.00, by check or money order, is required to reserve the day and time the class is scheduled. For two or more people, a 50 percent deposit is required. Class may also be paid in full.

 

Payment, by check or money order, must be received within three days of reserving class.

 

Any balance is due night of class; cash only.

Policies

Depending on day and time availability, class can be scheduled from two months to ten days in advance of preferred date.

 

Upon registration for class, number and names of all participants must be provided. The main contact person scheduling the class must provide her or his name, address, and contact information (telephone number(s) and email address).

 

Deposit or full payment confirms class. If not received within three days, the class date will not be held.

 

After submitting payment, additional participants (class maximum is four) may be added. Contact Janice for details.

 

Depending on day and time availability, class may be rescheduled up to ten days before scheduled class.

 

Cancellations are accepted up to 14 days before scheduled class. Refund of deposit, minus a $30.00 consultation fee, will be returned by business check within five days.

 

No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days, unless specified through prior written agreement. Cancellations within 14 days of class may be rescheduled within four weeks with no penalty.

 

If instructor cancels class, contact person has the option to accept a full refund or reschedule the class.

 

Upon receipt of verified payment, and after finalizing the floral designs to be made in class, the contact person will receive a supply list by email. Participants must bring required supplies to make the floral designs in class.

 

Basic design instructions and techniques for each design will be demonstrated and discussed in class. Larger or more complicated designs may not be fully completed in class.

 

Upon receipt of verified payment, address and directions to class location will be provided by telephone. Classes are held in northwest Cary.

 

Class is scheduled for a specified time, and all participants are expected to arrive at start time. Classes that extend beyond the specified end time are charged $15.00 for each 15 minute increment exceeding the end time of the class, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.

 

Deposit or full payment signifies agreement to all fees, payments, and policies as described above.
